The Process

Sourced from A3™ milk, our organic certified fresh milk is totally free of any nasty chemicals and pesticides. 

Order Cut Off: Friday 5pm

All new subscriptions must be in by Friday 5PM to be fulfilled in the following week.

That means if you order on a Saturday, your order will not be dispatched until Tuesday the week after next.

Freshly Bottled
or Casked Monday

Your Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk will be bottled or casked Monday afternoon and left to chill for 24 hours.

Dispatched
Tuesday

Once your Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk is ready, it will be dispatched via overnight courier on Tuesday afternoon.

Delivered Wednesday or Thursday

And just like that, fresh Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk is delivered to your doorstep for you to enjoy. Your delivery day will depend on your location & your delivery will always arrive on the same day.

Homogenized and non-homogenized milk - what’s the difference?

Our 1L bottles of milk are non-homogenized, our 3L casks are homogenized. Most commonly available milk in your supermarket or dairy has been through the homogenising processes. This is where the milk’s fat molecules are separated through high pressure to be dispersed among the milk. Non-homogenised milk does not go through this process, so the milk has a natural fat separation that causes the cream to rise to the top.
So, your 1L bottle may have some cream at the top – this is normal.
Your 3L bottle will not have this cream – this is normal too.

You’ll get a new delivery of Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk delivered on Wednesday or Thursday every week. The best choice for those who can’t go without their delicious organic milk.

Fortnightly

You’ll get a new delivery of Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk delivered on Wednesday or Thursday every fortnight.

4 Weekly

You’ll get a new delivery of Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk delivered on Wednesday or Thursday every FOUR weeks. A special monthly treat!

Can I change my subscription?

You can access your subscription settings by visiting the ‘Your Account’ area of the website. From here, you’ll be able to change your order quantity, contact details, order frequency, and cancel your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can access your subscription settings by visiting the ‘Your Account’ area of the website. From here, you’ll be able to cancel your subscription after a minimum of two subscription periods.

Can I just buy a one-off purchase?

Yes you can! Please select the Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk as a one off product option here.

Can I add other chilled or non-chilled products to my subscription?

At this point in time we are only offering a subscription plan for our 1L bottles and 3L casks. Any orders for our other chilled or non-chilled products like Cheese, Yoghurt or Milk Sachets will need to be processed on a separate transaction.

Can I have both 1L bottles and 3L casks in my subscription?

You sure can! Simply select your products and the quantities you are subscribing to, add them to your Cart and proceed to Checkout.

Where do we ship?

Because of the nature of the product, we can only ship within a set range from our distribution centre in Waikato. Currently this range covers from Orewa, across to Te Awamutu and Tauranga and down to Taumaranui. 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to rural addresses due to the delivery times and the fresh, chilled nature of our product. We also cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If your address is not included in our delivery areas, you will receive a message in the checkout process notifying you of this.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of shipping may vary slightly depending on where in New Zealand you are located and what type of products you have in your cart. You will be displayed your shipping cost once you’ve entered your address in the checkout area. 

Zone 1

Covers the greater Waikato area, expanding out to Pokeno, Tauranga, Waihi and Whangamata.

$6.99

Applies to orders including chilled products.

Zone 2

Extending out from Zone 1, Zone 2 covers upto Silverdale, out to Coromandel, Kawhia and Murupapa and down to Turangi.

$8.99

Applies to orders including chilled products.

Our shipping zones and limitations are based on post codes. If you are on the border of Zone and receive a ‘unable to ship’ message, you may need to use an alternative like your work address or a relatives address.

How does the milk arrive?

Ours Truly Organic A3™ Milk is sent in custom made recyclable boxes with ice packs to keep it cool and safe in transit. These ice packs can be reused or disposed of in your recycling.

What happens if I'm not home to receive it?

The milk should be alright to stay out until it is no longer cool to touch but ideally pop it in the fridge as soon as you can. 

My delivery hasn't arrived?

Each dispatch will be accompanied by an email including your tracking link. Please review your tracking information from NZ Couriers and get in touch directly with them with any questions or queries about where your delivery is. If you cannot resolve the issue with them, please get in touch with us and we can help to get it sorted. While we try our utmost to get your milk delivered to you on time, we are reliant upon the NZ Courier dispatch network which may incur delays from time to time.

If your delivery does not arrive within the 24-hour dispatch timeframe, please email us here and let us know.
