We are currently doing ONE dispatch per week on Wednesdays & order cut off is the prior Friday at 5PM.

The Process

Order Cut Off: Friday 5pm

All new  orders must be in by Friday 5PM to be fulfilled in the following week.

That means if you order on a Saturday, your order will not be dispatched until Tuesday the week after next.

Freshly Bottled
or Casked Monday

Your Ours Truly Organic Full Cream A3™ Milk will be bottled or casked Monday afternoon and left to chill for 24 hours.

Other chilled and ambient products will be packed Wednesday morning.


Once your order is packaged and ready, it will be dispatched via overnight courier on Wednesday afternoon.

If for some reason the couriers cannot get to you on Thursday, the package will go into refrigeration overnight to stay chilled.

Delivered Wednesday or Thursday

And just like that, your order is delivered to your doorstep for you to enjoy. Your delivery day will depend on your location.

Our couriers will send you notification when your order is collected so you can track its progress.

Shipping Costs

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of shipping may vary slightly depending on where in New Zealand you are located and what type of products you have in your cart. You will be displayed your shipping cost once you’ve entered your address in the checkout area. These prices are based on orders under 5kg.

Zone 1

Covers the greater Waikato area, expanding out to Pokeno, Tauranga, Waihi and Whangamata.


Applies to orders including chilled products.

Zone 2

Extending out from Zone 1, Zone 2 covers upto Silverdale, out to Coromandel, Kawhia and Murupapa and down to Turangi.


Applies to orders including chilled products.

Zone 3

Covers the rest of New Zealand. Locations outside of Zone 1 & 2, can only receive our non-chilled products.


Applies to orders containing only Milk Sachets/non-chilled products.

Our shipping zones and limitations are based on post codes. If you are on the border of Zone and receive a ‘unable to ship’ message, you may need to use an alternative like your work address or a relatives address.

Where do we ship our Chilled Products?

Because of the nature of our chilled products, we can only ship them within a set range from our distribution centre in Waikato. Currently this range covers the locations mentioned above for Zone 1 & Zone 2.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to rural addresses due to the delivery times and the fresh, chilled nature of our product. We also cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If your address is not included in our delivery areas, you will receive a message in the checkout process notifying you of this.

Where do we ship our Ambient Products?

These ones are a bit more straight forward and can be sent New Zealand wide, excluding delivery to PO Boxes. 

How will the package arrive?

Ours Truly Organic A3™ Milk and our other Ours Truly chilled products are sent in custom made recyclable boxes with ice packs to keep it cool and safe in transit. These ice packs can be reused or disposed of in your recycling.

Our ambient product, including Milk Powder Sachets, will be packaged in an NZ post bubble bag.

What happens if I'm not home to receive it?

The package should be alright to stay out until it is no longer cool to touch but ideally pop it in the fridge as soon as you can. 

My delivery hasn't arrived?

Each dispatch will be accompanied by an email including your tracking link. Please review your tracking information from NZ Post and get in touch directly with them with any questions or queries about where your delivery is. If you cannot resolve the issue with them, please get in touch with us and we can help to get it sorted. While we try our utmost to get your milk and chilled goods delivered to you on time, we are reliant upon the NZ Post Courier dispatch network which may incur delays from time to time.

If your chilled delivery does not arrive within the 24-hour dispatch timeframe, please email us here and let us know.

Ambient products may take up to 3-4 business days to arrive.
